Invoicing Forms - Tax and Non Tax Invoices:
TaxGst Accounting comes with two standard invoicing forms, which are processed through our built in invoice template.
All any Small Business need to do is choose which type of invoice they are about to prepare and then fill in the relevant boxes. The Invoicing system takes care of all the technical stuff for you.
Tax Invoice
The basic difference between the two invoices is simple. If you choose to create a Tax Invoice, then the system will allow provision for the inclusion of Sales Tax. You could also use a Tax Invoice even if you do not want to include sales tax and show a zero amount against that column, the choose is yours.
Non Tax Invoice
A Non Tax Invoice is simply a standard older style of invoice which has NO provision for Sales Tax.

With TaxGst you end up with Fantastic professional looking invoices which help you to project an image of excellence.
With our program you have the ability to change the name of the sales tax, this means the invoice can appear with whatever name your country gives this tax... For example you may want the sales tax to appear on the invoice as VAT or HST etc....

Logo's on Invoices:
You can insert your Small Business Logo into the Invoicing process. Its simple and easy to do, all you need to do is save your existing logo in a bmp file and tell the program where it is....
But we have helped, in the C:\Program Files\LCTaxtime subdirectory, you will find a file called logo.bmp
This file contains a sample of the logo for invoicing. The size is already the size suited for the invoice process. So all you need do is edit that image, put your art work into the image and you have a ready to use logo. If you don't have a logo, create one, its simple to do... maybe your kids will help come up with a simple design - in this fast pace world I turn to my kids for many such things, they are right up with this sort of computer design stuff these days.
